to keep us steady.  That's what we will find in our study of the book of Colossians

--the assurance of the Supremacy of the Lord Jesus Christ--the certainty of the Sufficiency of His sacrifice for sin--

the joy of living our New Life completely reconciled to the Creator of everything.

Then we will go back to the beginning, to the "genesis" of everything. We will find the answers to the age-old questions

-- Who is God?  Why are we here?  Why is there evil in the world?--

What is the purpose of our lives in the years that the Lord has given us? 

JOIN US AS WE SEEK OUT THE GOD WHO SPOKE THE UNIVERSE INTO EXISTENCE,

AND WHO IS STILL SPEAKING TO US TODAY.

The Community Bible Study class in Chesapeake is here to serve you.

We have morning and evening  in-person classes for Men and Women.

We can also connect you to on-line classes.

Our classes meet weekly during the school year, every THURSDAY MORNING from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. and THURSDAY EVENING from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. Each class participant receives a course book with a commentary and home study questions. Each week, you’ll participate in small group discussions and a large group teaching. Monthly fellowship meals provide times of sharing and relationship building.
